What does a HireLith search cost?
Quoted per search once we understand the role: a percentage of first-year pay for direct hire, an hourly mark-up for contract. No retainer, no exclusivity, replacement guarantee on direct hire.
Where do the jobs on the board come from?
Three places: roles posted directly by employers on HireLith, roles HireLith is recruiting for, and public postings aggregated every morning from licensed job feeds and company career pages. Every listing links to where you apply.
Do you share my resume?
Only when you apply to a role, and only with that employer. Your profile is never sold or put in a database for recruiters to browse. You can delete everything from your account page at any time.
Why do you verify my phone?
Because an employer who likes your application needs to reach you. A verified phone is what lets us submit you to a client and book you a recruiter session; email alone is too easy to fake.
